about customn content and polys

ok i intend on making some customn content for the sims2 with my sister emmas (her website http://www.emmafirbank.com/portfolio.html ) plz dont message her on that site its her work site i put it there so u can see some of the work she produces. we was wondering what poly count and pixels we should aim for. does anyone here know?
