chessboard appears with every click.... ?!? Please HELP

Hi

I have a problem with apartment life - everytime I click somewhere on the ground (to tell my sim to walk there or teleport), a chessboard (the cheap one) and other things appear. Seems to be another menu to choose things like hobby preference... I tried to solve the problem by removing some of my other mods - without any success. The chessboard thing drives me crazy  :rolleyes:
does anyone know what causes the problem?
I installed the insimenator 2.9 dest version, maybe I should try to change the version?

Yes, remove Insimenator and try again.  Maybe switch to the Sim Blender at http://www.simbology.com

or install Insimenator sim version. It is supposed to work.
