Freetime Body Shop Crash!!!!

I'm having a major problem with bodyshop for Freetime. Everytime I go through brown hair for the female, it crashes. I thought it was my dlc, but it turns out that it's the hairstyle that comes with Freetime (construction helmet). Does anyone know how I can fix this???

Does it still happen if you remove all custom content (from Downloads and Saved Sims folders)?

I tried getting rid of all the downloads and saved sims, but it still happened. I just decided to uninstall Freetime all together. It's happened to me before and all I did was install it again and it was fine. But now I tried doing that, and it continued to do it even when I ran the patches as well.

Maybe there is a corrupted file in the install folder or something. I would suggest to completely uninstall that EP and then manually check to make sure all of the remaining files have been removed. Also generate a clean Sims 2 folder in your Documents folder- this will refresh all of those files, and you can put your Downloads back in the clean folders.
