does anyone know how to place items in the pools i see it all the time

First, enable the command box by pressing "CRTL + ALt + C". For placing objects where ever, this can be easily done with the "move_objects on" cheat. When your finished, just replace "on" with "off".  Also, with the Seasons EP, you have the option of coloring the wall tile inside the pool, just like wallpaper.
