I can build this house pretty close to the pics. I'm going to have to use some CC, is that OK? I also do not have Uni or Pets, but I don't think that will matter.
A gorgeous house, I wouldn't mind having it in my neighborhood, so I'm going to give it a try. Let me know about the CC! :cool:

Sorry I didn't respond right away. My game crashed and I just NOW got it reinstalled...I'm still reinstalling my EP's.

But if you could make that house that'd be great.  I don't mind the CC, as long as it isn't pay content.

What EP's do you have? That will effect the CC and even the maxis content that can be used.
