NEed help with my sims relationships

okay hello everyone im kinda new here and i need some help i have researched this problem but have found nothing. so this is what happend in my gane
Okay ive been useing donwloaded content for 4 years all ready and this has never happened to me. Okay this is my porblem i have this one female sim that when ever she tries to talk to a guy a message comes up with 3 options cancel reset or delete and thats when i have boolprop testingcheatsenabled true cheat on but when its off she automatically stops what she doing so its wierd she cant do nothing with any guy not ever with her husband she can only talk to her kids?? can any one help me or are there any programs that check all my downloads and check if i have an errors or anything with any of my donwloads.

Take out your downloads folder first. Load the game without the folder. If she is then able to communicate with other adults, you probably have a hack that hasn't been updated. Scan your download folder with clean installer. Try to remove all of the hacks. Add the downloads folder back. Load the game again and see if it still works. If it does you need to either make sure you have the updated version of all of your hacks or create a separate folder for hacks (this is what I have because I know I need to pull them out everytime there is an EP or update) and add one hack at a time back to the folder.

Ok well i tired everything u said and found out it is none of my hacks i have no idea what the problem is if its not my hack im getting frustrated

i looked tried what they suggested and nothing worked my hacks arnt the problem though.
