If you mean diagonal placement:

boolprop allow45DegreeAngleOfRotation true

Use your keyboard's comma or period keys to rotate an object after entering that cheat code.

Some other cheat codes which can sometimes be handy when used in conjunction with the one above:

moveObjects on

boolprop snapObjectsToGrid false
