reporter???

in ofb, again, i was wondering how you know who the reporter is and when they will come, because i've had lots of businesses, and the reporter hasn't come yet. please please please help me!! and if you know the answer to this question please check out my other question "open for business(car thing)", because it regards ofb as well. thank you for your help it is much appreciated!!

You can spot the reporter when he or she whips out a notepad after entering the open business and loooking around for a bit and starts scribbling notes on it.

Talking, joking or otherwise positively interacting with the reporter as early as possible will help garner a good review.

There's also a hack here which inlcudes a 'spawn reporter' option:
