Hideous hiking outfit takes over my CC!

I've got a ton of those hideous pink hiking outfits where a lot of my CC should be, and I can't understand why. I did a scan for orphans using Delphy's utility and found nothing. None of my clothes downloads are zipped/rarred. None are in subfolders.

What am I doing wrong?

before this occurred, what did you do to your game? I mean, did you add a new expansion or delete some stuff or something?

No, I installed everything at one go and I haven't deleted anything.

Have you tried re-downloading any clothing meshes that may be required and refreshing your game thumbnails?  (can be done by deleting the CASthumbnails file in the Thumbnails folder and the cigen.package for your Bodyshop thumbnails... or Ctrl + Right-click each thumbnail while in CAS)

That sort of sounds like the Unpatched pets game problem that started with the release of Pets.
