That's odd, as I can access all parts of MATY, PMBD and so forth. I asked a few others if they had issues, and they were able to access it as well.
...wonder what the hell is causing this oddness.

I've been on MATY and PMBD every day this week with no problems at all. I'm on them right now.

Well, since "127.0.0.1" is "localhost", something is VERY MESSED UP with your computer, if it's also trying to go to the completely wrong port.

Try using the craptastic browser from Microsoft. If that gives you a similar message then it looks like you might have a firewall blocking the site or possibly some sort of Net Nanny program doing it.
It could also be an add on that you installed in Firefox causing this.
Obviously you can get on the internet or you wouldn't have posted here about it.
