I don't know the details about what's got wrong with the site but all of her hairstyles can be found here at ReflexSimsForum. You need to register to gain access.

Relexsims Forum no longer exists, but when their new one goes up and if it has the Helga hairs and other stuff that she made, I will let you know as soon as I find out.

A few simmers sent hairstyles to http://sims2graveyard.com helgasims to the sims2graveyard.com so others could have them too. I think there are room objects in there as well!
