Pesky build tool wont go away...

So, when you build a wall, the wall tool appears. But now, it won't go away! It's there when I am in Buy Mode, when I save the game, and even in Live Mode. It is even showing up in my pictures! It just follows me around wherever I go on the lot. It just hangs there kind of faintly in the background.

Why is this happening? I can't seem to get rid of it.

Should I try exiting the lot and coming back?

I guess that worked. I came back to the lot and I can't find it anywhere. Guess I solved my own problem, lol.
