This is meant for college students, preferrably quads. It features 2 career reward objects, skill objects and the finest in greening. Sims arn't included, but I included a picture I drawed on ms paint for the easal. Also my sims cleaned up and did some gardening after they graduated. This place could also be used for 4 roomies or teen siblings.
