No problem. I'm happy to help. Is it just one family or any family? Oh, one more question. Is your game patched?
All families. So far, I've tried a few families and university lots. They just won't load. And yeah, my game is patched.

Hmmm...ok, let me chew on this and see if I can't figure something out. LOL Knowing my luck it's going to be something completely simple that I've overlooked.

Try doing a computer check to see if you can run them! What I mean by that is here is a Link to Can I Run it. the select the sims 2 Uni. it will give you a screen on your infomation and what might be needed.

One thing that you can do to see if it's a hardware problem is lower the screen resolution and effects. You can do that once you're in a neighborhood, but before you load a lot. Set everything to Low or Off and set your screen resolution to 800x600, then see if you can get into a lot. If it does the exact same thing it has been doing, then I'd want to suspect that there's a problem with your Sims installation. Have you tried reinstalling Sims?
