did you also enable custom content on the first screen, exit and then re-start?

don't forget some times the game modifies all your mods so they don't work that is why i always back up my down loads folder before i install a new ep and some time it randomly modifies your game files so always keep a back up handy

Actually, Chet, you should never install a new EP without first pulling out the Downloads folder, otherwise it can create errors. Then, once you've tested your game to make sure it's working right, you can return the Downloads folder to the proper spot, but without any mods that aren't confirmed to be updated and compatible with the new EP.
