Skill Gain Messages

I've been looking all over for a mod that would stop the messages from popping up when someone gains a skill point. In my game, I run a Learning Center/School for my children and teens and whenever they are in the Library studying skills from the bookcases, countless numbers of messages cascade down the side of my screen which not only blocks my view, but sometimes it crashes my game if I got alot of Sims studying at once. Besides, I don't wanna be informed about it anyway, I can check their skill levels myself if I need to know! 

Is there a mod to stop these or can one be made?

Oh, I forgot to add that I have all of the expansion and stuff packs so if something like this is possible, it would need to be compatible to Mansion and Garden.

The mod is still in testing, but it's awaiting a fix to address a few issues with lot types and some other things in relation to the type of messages received while skilling.
