Hackers could use that Key to pull up info your computer then on you, we here can be trusted. goggle that number and stuff come up. I found a dell trouble report with that number it may or may not be you. I don't know and I don't need to know. So my advice is for you to remove that post. We don't want people using your license to do all sorts of nasty things cause you sound like a sweet person.

OK, so now we know your graphics, I can guess this problem will reoccur. The Xpress 1150 is an integrated chip and just doesn't have enough juice to efficiently run the base game plus EPs. With just the base game you would be ok, but adding on EPs makes more work for it. You can probably help a bit by making sure your game graphic settings are set on low & turn reflections off (if they're not already off and greyed out by default). It won't make for the prettiest play, but it will help alleviate the strain on your graphics card.
