By Rosesims there are many meshes, but not number 61.

Looks like she might've yanked it, or at least part of it. Where 61 should be, there's only a 'Coming Soon' image. However the file itself, Roseclothes_0061.zip, is still there if you play with URL a bit.

Whether that's the mesh in question, I have no idea. I don't have TS2 installed anymore, so can't check.
