SHINY REFLECTIVE OUTFIT

(1/3) > >>

Niacin:
Hi! I have a catsuit with shiny reflections and i like to combine this shiny effect, with the second dress, like you can see in my Pic. It´s a booty gal mesh made by warlokk. http://www.insimenator.org/index.php/board,630.0.html
Some guy´s say it´s not possible, cause the hole body looks shiny and not "just" the Outfit. But it´s possible, i saw examples in the net. I tried that project by myself, but it doesn´t work at all in SIMPE. I think Milkshape is important for a special Alpha Mesh. But i´m a bad modder. http://nene.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=215843
Can someone realize this "idea" for me?? Thanks in advance  :D

BlooM:
Its possible but alot of work Flarz.
Instead of making a outfit with textures you have to create that outfit(pieces you normally texture) within the mesh.
If it only concerns a pair of boots or gloves its easy but when we are talking about splitting up parts of the breasts/shoulders /hips and waist its alot of work.
I once did it with one swimsuit(http://www.insimenator.org/index.php/topic,31093.0.html) outfit that i later used for my Warlokkk's Tribute.

with a few simple settings you can make a alphadress reflective, that is true but with a dress you can not make the outfit you had in mind.....

I might can make something in between, like a swimsuit that works like a alpha.
Dont excpect anything, but ill give it a quick try.
