I do love the Fitchick ;D  Here is a combination of the dress/pleated skirt found at http://www.insimenator.org/showthread.php?t=68096 and Gothplague's Strappy Slingbacks/ BSett's heels found at http://www.insimadult.org/showthread.php?t=20974, but fixed by Bloom.  Special thanks to Poppeboy, Gothplague, BSett, Bloom, wes h, and Milkshape.
