Scouting for child and teen sims !

Is it possible to do an unsalaried Scouting career for child and teen sims ?

It is increase these AL skills : Fire Prevention, Anger Management & Lifelong Happiness.

Chaavik:
Children can't hold careers, not even teen careers. But teens can with a 3-level career.
