Help Please!!! I need to deactivate MAXIS content!!! I'ts plain dull

Hi! it's me again. I just want to know if any of you just happen to know of a way to deactivate or hide original sims2 content from the main game and expansion sets. Please tell me if you know where can I find a mod or something like that. Thank you Guys!
