SO what is this Gargantuan thing in my vacation neighborhood????

I was Customizing Tawiki village(or whatever its called) and i found a decoration box way off in the mountains so i moved it a little and this thing popped up in the water.
does anyone know what it is...im afraid to delete it.

It's a coloured underlay for the water that gives it a 'reef' appearance . It seems to be shaped for Twikki, so it doesn't look good on other terrains. If you delete it then your Twikki Island water will look like ordinary hood water.
