To kick things off.....
Project Fusion, by, Andrewplay599.
Project Fusion, is a muli-phase project by, Andrewplay599. It will consist of, condo's, house's, a University, apartment's, a few business's, a church and a cemetary. When Project Fusion is finished, you'll be able to download an entire neighborhood or, each lot individually. The choice is yours. And, in between all of that, there will be a contest! The contest will be announced in a future update.
