criminal career

I have a sim (sims 3) who wants to reach the top of the Criminal career (Evil Track). He got a job in the career, but when it was time to go to work, he couldn't get in. No one answered (?). All he would do was stand around outside and stomp his foot. All the while, his job performance was dropping because he was "missing work". Any help?

If you click on the career tab, you can click on a little arrow that sends your sim to work.  I assume they take a taxi, but if you want you can buy a car or a bike.

Make sure the path from the Sim's home or current whereabouts to the Sim's job building is clear of any objects as some things will obstruct your Sim's path to work.
