I've seen some all around, but I can never find the website that carries the cat ears.  So if anyone could kindly direct me to at least one site that has cat ears, I'll be very grateful.

You can find tails here but dunno about ears, I'll poke around some more to see. I know there are ears around somewhere, but can't remember, but will post if/when I find them.

OK, edited this because I mentioned not being able to find these to a friend and she did some digging for me. This is where you can find the cat ears. Have fun! And yeah, I guess I'd better say it, free registration at the site is required...
