writing a report

Hey,
My character has to read a business report and then write a report about her opinion about it for her job. I found the book she had to read and had her read it but I can't figure out how to write the report. I went onto the computer and clicked on writing but the only options were: start a fiction novel, start non-fiction novel, start  SciFi novel, and refine writing skill. She doesn't have anything in her inventory and I have no idea what else to do. Any one have any ideas?!? Thanks  ;D
