WCIF a global mod that prevents my sims from dropping everything they're currently doing to look out the window when it snows/rains/hails?

I've searched high and low for it and I hope its merely my bad eyesight that prevents me from finding it rather than the lack of it >_<

Oh I can't tell you how much I loathe it (loathe... that is such a good word ) when my sims wake up in the middle of night to stare out the window and exclaim about the weather.
