what is the costa rica sims site?

Is this a download site? I cant seem to find the download section anywhere in this site? I love the creations

Um... a link please? Can't help you if you don't show us exactly where you're looking. The only thing I can really find is a Second Life site, which has nothing to do with the Sims at all.

Engram:
If it's this one then that's a site for Second Life not for any of the Sims games. There are no downloads because all their business is done inside the world of Second Life. I don't play SL so I have no idea how it works.
