How to Make Infant clothing!

ashleycsy:
Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this! But how do you make infant clothing and infant items?

Theraven:
you mean meshing, or just recoloring? Two different things, you know :)

Meshing, SimPE, photoshop, bone assignments, default replacements that doesn't overwrite the originals...

I'd recommend to start learning basic meshing first. Making body meshes isn't the easiest thing you can do - and it can easily go wrong. There are lots of beginner tutorials over at MTS2, and there are also a lot of tutorials here. You also need to be a bit familiar with SimPE, and also Photoshop (or similar) for the texturing part.

I'm thinking about making a simple recoloring tutorial. It won't include making a new mesh - simply because I've not gotten that far myself yet. :)

ashleycsy:
Oh Ok! So when you make your clothing you use the recoloring process? That is what I want to do.

Where can I get SimPe from?

Thaks!

Katie:
oh, i really need to know how to make my own recolors of things, especially infant clothes, that way i don't have to beg people to make them for me.

BlooM:
While you can recolor toddler/kids/teens/adults and elder outfits with bodyshop you can not use it for infants.
Infant outfits(there are only 2 that came with the game) are custom made.
You need Simpe for it.
Best thing is to take one of my packages and edit the textures.
