A nice apartment, please?

I'd really like an apartment complex with this as one of the top floor apartments.

There is a picture below, but I posted a link above so you can get a better view, also, to save time.

I have Sims 2, expansion packs through Apartment Life, except Pets and Freetime. NO stuff packs.
