Male Club Kid mesh

Can someone please make me a clothing mesh for males? I would do it myself but i fail at meshing
I would like the mesh to have heels and a scarf and thats it...so a "naked" male sim with heels and a long skinny scarf(no frilly things at the end). thank you for reading. I would appreciate this very much.
EDIT:This is what i mean , not naked but tight. The pink one

This would be a better request for the adult site, not here, if you're looking for a sim wearing nothing but a scarf and heels. Feel free to correct me if this isn't what you're looking for. :)
