Residential to Community?

Hi,

I recently made a farm including outbuildings to sell off as a conversion to sims, now looking at it the Barn I made would make a brilliant community lot, perhaps a Night Club. Is their any way I can change it across without having to rebuild it in a community lot?

Hold Control+Shift+C to open the cheat window and type changelotzoning community
then exit the lot and go back into it.

Make absolutely sure the lot is unoccupied before changing the zoning and then saving the change when exiting the lot.

Just in case your particular game configuration/computer set-up doesn't accept all lower case cheats (whether or not that is so varies), use:

changeLotZoning community

and then press the Enter key on your keyboard to initiate the cheat.

Yea it varies on which games you have too.
