No OFB Worbench wants or snowmen

Hello, I was wondering if it was possible to make a mod that stops sims from wanting the workbenches that cam with OFB.
I was also wondering what happened to the no autonomous snowman building mod? It seems to have been removed or lost and I'd really like
to have it back as my sims keep going to make them and getting cold(It's hard to cancel the make snowman action)
I appreciate any help. Thank you!
I have Uni, NL, OFB, and Seasons.
