Is MTS2 is good site or it's like TSR

Sorry again for bothering, but I was asking is MTS2 great place for downloading hack, objects, clothes adn other stuff ? And do they have a strict policey like TSR or they one of the good guys like you folks.
(Note: Iam not trying to make flames and problems. Iam only asking out of curiosity.)

The policies vary by artist, most have a policy about not uploading to paysites and crediting their work. I also believe there might be a rule about using pay material in preview photos, but it is by no means TSR
