I want snow!  It gets cold here in the mornings but I'm sure it doesn't compare to your areas.  I want to vacation somewhere where it snows.

I'm sure y'all would hate it down here in Texas, especially this year. It never got below 50 degrees this whole winter down here, and I just know this summer's going to be just like last year; Hot as hell, more wildfires, and the continuing of possibly the worst drought we've had since the 1950s. I freakin' hate Texas and it's bipolar weather patterns.

Well, I knew the sun wouldn't last.  It's snowing. And not just a little bit. Lots. Big, fat snow flakes.

Compared to years past, we've actually had a pretty mild winter so far around here. Only one snow storm so far, and it dumped no more than four to five inches on us. What the sun doesn't melt today, the rain we're supposed to get tomorrow probably will.

...last winter we were getting a foot of snow each week, and then there was that massive blizzard last February. Now that was winter to remember.

Snow? I've had less than half an inch so far, and that was gone in a few hours.

In addition to the lack of snow, I also hate the state of the job market. Hate it enough that I finally have the motivation to begin working on my novels. Don't know how well that'll go over with my parents (who I'm living with while looking for enployment), but I don't care anymore.

In other words:

We had very little snow this year. Guess what I do? Yes, that's right. I work outdoors year-round. Meaning that I get to deal with that white stuff on top of ice and water.

Still mostly cold and rainy here. We got a bit of snow last night, and some flurries today, but we'll be back to our normal wet, slushy winter wonderland in no time.

We've had major snow storms all week long. Today, the snow ended, but what did start was frozen rain.
