Yes you read it right.
I made a huge building..made the top floor and 2nd floor a single apartment...when i went to rent it, the rent was -$22000 and something. I thought something must be wrong here. I went and put a sim in the apartment with about 150k in his account, when he rented the apartment he was 22000 richer
. anyone else have this happen to them?
