Can't he just go to the Mausoleum and get his tombstone back? I don't play ghosts much, not ones with missing tombstones anyway, but I think I read somewhere that you can get the tombstone back at the Mausoleum.

I could do that ih he died in my game, but he is ghost already so his tomb doesn't exist in the mausoleum, it's imposible revive him.
