It's OK, luvthesims. You don't have to take it so hard. We expect this from anyone making a request, not just you. :) If you want something or someone specific to be made, you need to post pictures. Not everyone is going to automatically be familiar with what Lisa Neimi looks like and, whereas there would certainly be a lot of pictures on the internet anyone could look up, the onus is one the person doing to the request to provide as much information as possible. It's really not fair to expect people to do the work of scouring for good pictures and then do the work of making the sim for you.
Just find some good pictures, save them to your computer, and then upload them to a third party image hosting site to share them here.
