OFB ninja outfit for all ages

I need help getting the ninja outfit that came with OFB for all ages of sims. I don't have a meshing software, co I don't know how to do it. Can anyone help me?

well, perhaps not baby, but yes, child through elder in both genders. I hope that won't be too hard...
