No Bills in the sims 3!

I've made a mod that allows you no more bills in the sims 3! So you don't have to worry about the repo man coming and taking your stuff away, it's one less thing to worry about! :)
The only use now for the mailbox is for cheats, and for bookclub, and junkmail. I hope you enjoy it!
