Mermaid tail as bottom only.

I don't know how to mesh, so I don't know if this would be hard or not, but someone on this site made a magnificent mermaid tail outfit, but is there any possible way to get a mermaid tail as just a bottom so I could mix-and-match tops?

I agree with this request. We really do need something like this. Or a bigger variety of body shapes for the meshes that are available!
