WCIF Clothes rack to make nocs and townies to change clothes

A couple years back I found a clothing rack you can buy where you can summon neighbors npcs and townies to come to your property to change clothing. Does anyone have that perchance ?

I'm not sure about a download, but you can already do that with the NPC & Townie maker in-game.
Just spawn it with boolprop testingcheatsenabled true, and one of the options should be "Change Clothing of" and you can change it from there.
