Baby inside skintones

Hi i had a wonderful idea the other day, and i thought others might want this too. Basically i would like the maxis or some custom skintones with a orange-ish white light on the belly and a shadow of a baby in the middle of the light, or maybe two baby shadows for twins. For those sims expecting little green babies....or purple...or blue...or red.
