Angled items?

I see alot of in game photos that have objects placed at an angle. Is it a cheat that makes this possible? If not, how the heck do you do it? Haha

'boolProp allow45DegreeAngleOfRotation true/false' is the cheat you want, just without the quotes.

Just as a side note: you need the University EP or up for this to work.
