just by the pictures i can tell you that this is "brisa azul ballerina" by Fabiana Kofman
but in the sims world its call "Peggy_TUTU_pegy087_mesh"

This is a great dress but I cannot find the mesh anywhere, the link to Peggys site comes up invalid for me. I tried the booty too but couldnt find 087. Does anyone know where to find it?
