I really need that hair for loads of reasons but of course, the download from the Sims 3 Exchnage has no mesh...
I have looked everywhere for it but i cant find it :(

I don't know why, but it looks almost like something that Helga would create... if its not her then I have no idea... Peggy possibly?

It look like on of Morrigan sims from Sims Cave but you can got to http://mysims3blog.blogspot.com/ the have almost every bit of sims 3 CC. To be honest after looking at the picture more it looks almost shopped. But I think the base style is an early Peggy or conversion. Check sims 3 blog I bet you'll find it.

I remember seeing it somewhere. I usually look at Newsea, Peggy, Rose and XMSims, so it may be from one of them.

There are at least 2 similar Peggy styles, though.  One is free, the other isn't.
