Recolor Please?

I'm looking for short black hair with a seldom white stripe in front... I've been seraching for such a recolor for a long time. Please, could some one do it? Looks like this, but a shorter version and only one lock of hair is white:

I would probably attempt this if I knew what a "seldom stripe" was (can't find it on google) and if there was a reasonable quality picture of what was actually wanted. And a link to the actual hair to be recoloured rather than a non-specific "short hair".
