i felt the need to bring the topic back sense i believe i have solved my problem with the error. After a few hours for reading many forums about the error and coming accross some suggestions here is what i did.
boolprop useshaders false
turn smooth edges all the way up
removed all hacks including ( insim, inteen, blue remover)
i have been running my game for 7 plus hours today and no crashing, no error.
lets hope it stays this way.

I´ll try to do what you say, but I don´t know if it´s gonna work.
I was searching too, and I did everything I could, update drivers, direct X, but nothing worked.
If I play with all exp. and packs until seasons, the error does not show up, but when I installed bon boyage the game started crashing again, and I think it´s because my graphic card doesn´t work for the last three expantions, based on this chart:
