Max Motive(s) object, mod, anything!?

Between working, keeping the aspiration meter as full as possible (or whatever that funky-shaped-thing is), and attempting to make social connections, maintaining full motives is nearly impossible (for me anyway).
*I only have the basegame, but its the collectors edition (dont know if that means anything)*
I've looked on here, Simbology, and MTS but couldnt find anything. :-\
Could someone let me know if this is already made or if someone will make it?

I use this when I'm taking pictures. You don't even have to click on it for it to work. If you have free will on, they'll take care of themselves.

Ahh, Gah. Should have looked at the section. I kinda got here from the latest posts thing. :-\
Fail on my part.
For the Sims 3, It does get a bit annoying dragging them up with testingcheats. But it works. ;)

Two mods can basically do that:
Pescado's Awesome Mod has the "maxmotives" command that you can type into the cheat box once you open it.
Twallan's Super Computer has an option to max the Sim's motives by individual, family, lot or similar.
